At Andiamo! you’ll hear us talking about quality – a lot.
Quality is key to providing the kind of services we deliver – we don’t believe in rush jobs or quick fixes when it comes to translation, interpreting or voice-overs.
Each year at Andiamo! we undergo a rigorous auditing process to ensure we maintain our quality standards.
We work hard to make sure that we both maintain and improve upon the standards listed below in order to assure you that we are the translation agency of choice for professional organisations.
The ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognised standard that guarantees constant and consistent improvement is made to ensure that Andiamo! is a well managed company that provides a high level of customer service.
This is the latest European quality standard for translation.
This standard includes requirements that help Andiamo! attain a higher level of translation for its clients.
The ISO 17100:2015 is in line with Andiamo's Gold Service in which we provide revision and review (proofreading) options for all projects.
Andiamo! is audited annually by both internal and external auditors.
We also work with clients to ensure we comply to all necessary auditing procedures that may be specific to individual organisations.

Your work is safe with us: all of our in-house staff as well as our suppliers have to sign a confidentiality agreement and abide by our terms of business which includes a confidentiality statement.
We also sign NDAs where necessary.
