Quality standards
Each year at Andiamo! we undergo a rigorous auditing process to ensure we maintain our quality standards, awarded by Bureau Veritas.
We work hard to make sure that we maintain both standards in order to assure you that we are the translation agency of choice for professional organisations.
ISO 9001:2008
The ISO 9001:2008 is an internationally recognised standard that guarantees constant and consistent improvement is made to ensure that Andiamo! is a well managed company that provides a high level of customer service.

BS EN 15038:2006
This is the only European quality standard for translation: the EN 15038:2006.
This standard includes requirements that help Andiamo! attain a higher level of translation for its clients.
The BS EN 15038:2006 is in line with Andiamo's Gold Service in which we provide revision and review (proofreading) options for all projects.

Process
Your job will be managed by a dedicated project controller who is also a graduate linguist.
After having discussed your requirements, your project controller will select the translator, interpreter or voice-over artiste best suited to complete your job.
Confidentiality
Your work is safe with us: all of our in-house staff as well as our suppliers have to sign a confidentiality agreement and abide by our terms of business which includes a confidentiality statement.
