Example of the process behind a typical translation project
START
⇓File/s arrives as request for quotation
⇓Andiamo! analyses file/s and sends proposal to client contact
⇓On receipt of purchase order, Andiamo! places job with translators
and sends client Sales Order Confirmation
File is sent to translators
⇓Any queries from translators sent to client and replies sent to all translators
⇓Translations received by Andiamo! and checked internally
⇓Translations sent to client for in-country approval
⇓Any changes to be made by client received as Track Changes and sent to translators
for verification and future reference
Translation returned to client
