From administrators to sales to senior management, everyone at Andiamo! is a linguist.

Every member of our graduate linguist Projects Team is fully trained in all the technical aspects of their work including translation management systems. Our CPD (Continuing Professional Development) programme also enables them to commit to learning new languages and skills. Andiamo! holds the Investors in People award.

If you wish to join our Projects' Team, you will have a minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in preferably two languages. If you are invited for interview, you will be asked to complete a half day of tests to demonstrate your linguistic, technical and interpersonal skills.

All our qualified translators, interpreters and voice-over artistes work solely into their mother-tongue and specialise in particular areas of expertise.
