Andiamo! is always searching for professionally-qualified, experienced interpreters and translators to add to our database of suppliers.
Because we insist on the highest standards, we require you to send us:
- A full C.V. including details of your qualifications, your experience, your specialist areas and - in the case of translators - the technical software at your disposal
- Evidence of your qualifications – e.g. membership number of professional body, diplomas and certificates
- Names and e-addresses of at least TWO professional referees for whom you have recently worked, or recent academic referees

Andiamo! is a leading U.K. supplier of language services: our Leeds offices are based in several acres of parkland just outside the city. We offer translation, interpreting and voiceovers to industries of all sizes throughout the world.
We are currently looking for a Project Controller to assist our team in handling the increasing workload in our Leeds office. You will be responsible for managing projects from initial client discussions through assigning suppliers to the project, checking the quality of translations and layouts in a range of formats and ensuring that budgets and deadlines are achieved.
If you have a minimum qualification of a B.A. Honours in Italian plus degree-level competence in either Portuguese, Dutch, Russian or Polish, this could be the job for you. Your spoken and written English must be of mother-tongue standard and you’ll need to have some experience in using translation management software.
As well as having these academic skills, you’ll be a team player who is highly computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office; you have a sharp eye for detail and a warm telephone manner. Typesetting skills, an M.A. in a translation-related discipline and Macintosh experience would enhance your application, but Andiamo! trains all its colleagues in these areas.
