How long do things take? And can you handle really big tasks fast?

We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to meet your deadlines, and can manage teams of translators in order to do this. (On an average day, individual translators handle between 2,000 and 3,000 words each.)

How much does it cost?

Where are your translators based?

We use freelance translators based all over the world. Before approval, each of them is carefully assessed by us to ensure the quality of their work.

Can you handle very technical documents?

We call on hundreds of specialist translators, all of them qualified in specific technical areas.

I have a brochure to translate into Arabic - where do I start?

We will handle the translation and typesetting of your brochure and return it to you either ready to print or printed, so you won't need any special fonts or Arabic systems.

We produce a monthly newsletter in a specific format - can you translate and return in the same format?

No problem - our in-house linguist typesetters will ensure the translated version looks and sounds just as good as the original.

How should we send it to you?

How do you return it to us?

In the format of your choice.

Do you use any translation memory software, such as Trados?

Yes, we do. All our Project Controllers are trained in the very latest translation memory tools. This also ensures consistency of content and layout and cuts down the cost for repetitive texts.

How do I know I'm getting a good job?

We take every care to ensure that, whichever service we're providing, you'll be communicating with your audience as if in their own mother tongue. We impose stringent quality checks on all our work, and invite you to have it checked again by your end-user.

What is your professional status?

Andiamo! is a corporate member of the Institute of Translation and Interpreting and the Association of Translation Companies - both in London. We also encourage our associates - each of whom has at least a 2:1 in a language discipline - to belong to the Chartered Institute of Linguists. We meet the requirements for BSEN 15308 - the new British Standard for the language industry.
