Discounts for charity translation

We understand charities work with limited budgets, and so we are always conscious of pricing when it comes to translating for charitable organisations. We offer a 10% discount on all charity translation once we receive your registered charity number.

This 10% translation discount for charities is in addition to the volume and repetition discounts that all our clients can receive when they choose our services. If you have a large volume of copy to be translated, or your copy contains repeated segments, our specialised Translation Memory software will calculate the number of repetitions and similar phrases. We can then offer discounted rates for the translation of these segments, as they won’t need to be translated from scratch every time they occur.

In addition, you can receive further discounts when you are a repeat customer. Our software also stores your translations in a unique bank, and then checks any new copy against text we have previously translated for you and gives discounts for similarities and repetitions between them. This software also ensures consistency across all your translations, as it will remind the translators how they translated a certain phrase in the past.

Step 4: We give you a quote for the translation and assign you a dedicated Project Manager.

Step 5: While our talented and hardworking linguists are tackling your text, your Project Manager will be on hand to answer any questions you may have, and to keep the process running smoothly.

If you require a leaflet or brochure translating into multiple languages or languages that require different scripts, such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian, or Arabic, we can offer our DTP service. This ensures your newly translated text matches the style of the original, and that the format is clear and easy to read.

By sending us your artwork at the quote stage, we can provide an accurate quotation. This not only ensures that our talented typesetting team can accurately match the translation to the original format, but also saves costs in comparison with translating a Word document for example first and then typesetting afterwards. We work with the artwork you send us, making sure that the translated layouts match the original documents and returning your files ready to print or publish online so your work is minimised.

We offer two different packages for charity translation. Our Standard Service includes translation by our professional, qualified, and experienced translators. The translations will then be checked by in-house staff, all of whom are graduate linguists. We use our own expertise alongside innovative Quality Assurance software to ensure the translations are fully verified before we send them to you.

If you would like extra reassurance that your translations are of the highest calibre, we also offer our premium Gold Service.
