All our interpreters must meet our exacting standards and pass our thorough onboarding process. We require our interpreters to have one of the following:

• A recognised graduate qualification in interpreting from an institute of higher education
• An equivalent graduate qualification in any other subject, plus a minimum of 2 years professional experience in interpreting
• At least 5 years full-time professional experience in interpreting

In addition to the above, we require them to have one of the following:

• Current and full membership of a recognised, professional language organisation or any equivalent foreign counterpart who have stringent entry requirements to become a member
• Positive references that we follow up. This could include verified reviews from professional language service providers on online language databases
