Are you passionate about languages and have a keen eye for detail? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and super-organised individual to help us expand our network of freelance translators and interpreters while providing valuable support to our Projects and Sales teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, recruiting and evaluating qualified language professionals
• Supporting the preparation of quotations, projects and new client proposals
• Formatting files, conducting quality checks and helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a languages graduate
• Is highly organised, detail-focused and confident using technology
• Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships
