All of our project managers are graduate linguists who have either completed a Masters degree in Translation Studies and/or a Bachelors degree in languages and have lots of experience in managing all projects from website translation to foreign language typesetting.
You will be assigned a dedicated project manager who will act as your single point of contact and will guide you through the following process.
Send us your files using the upload feature 'Request a quote' form or by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re unsure which format to send your files in, give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise you.
Andiamo! analyses your files taking into account factors such as the word count, subject matter and the complexity of the text in order to provide you with our most competitive quote.
Once we have received confirmation from you by email that you accept the quote and would like us to start translating, we send you a sales order confirmation.
At this point we’ll introduce you to your dedicated project manager who will act as your single point of contact at Andiamo! going forward.
Your project manager then selects your translator(s) taking into account factors like the subject area of the text (whether it is technical, medical, legal, etc.) to make sure that your translator is suitably experienced and qualified to carry out your translations.
During this stage in the process any queries raised are handled by your project manager. In the case of translations into more than one language, answers to any queries are sent to all your translators to ensure consistency.
If you opt for a thorough revision this is done following the translation.
After the translations are returned to us, they then undergo our in-house QA checks by our team of graduate linguists who ensure that the translations are complete and accurate.
Having been translated, checked and finalised, your translations are returned to you in time for the deadline.
We will give you a call within 24 hours of delivery and ensure all feedback is recorded for subsequent jobs. We are always looking to improve our service and actively welcome your comments.
